Help make an “I love myself because” board for you and with our clients at both shelters!

Childcare
Childcare is a daily need at our Outreach office as moms and family members meet with their counselors, advocates, and legal team. Volunteer in our childcare room for one hour or all day!
Current Volunteers needed in childcare 10AM-12 PM and 12 PM- 2PM
Hygiene Closet Needs
DCFOF clients have the opportunity to shop in our client needs closet and food pantry for all of their hygiene items and essential needs. Spend time at our Outreach office sorting and organizing incoming donations, checking for expired supplies, and maintaining an easy shopping experience for clients.
Mondays or Fridays
10 AM – 2 PM
Be a kind face to a victim who is in the hospital or at a police department after experiencing sexual abuse. Our community has gone from serving one hospital in the region, to serving multiple hospitals in the Denton and Collin County area. We are in urgent need of more kind faces to sit with our survivors during one of the worst days of their life. Be a founding member of VOICES, a panel of survivors who come together and celebrate their strength and survival. VOICES will serve as a guiding presence in the implementation of policies and procedures that impact survivors.
